Jennifer Connor, a native of northern Wisconsin, founded Mustard Girl All-American Mustards in 2007.  Ever since she was a young girl, Jennifer has maintained a strong entrepreneurial spirit, selling lemonade on the countryside at age five and working every summer through high school at her family’s lumber mill, moving logs and stacking lumber.  She went on to attend the University of Wisconsin at Madison, where she began a cowbell company called MerryBelles. Starting as a small hobby of selling small cowbells for students to ring during football and hockey games, MerryBelles ultimately received national attention, with requests for cowbells coming from rock legends AC/DC as well as event planners for various national political conventions.  One of the MerryBelles cowbells can even be found in the National Smithsonian in Washington, D.C., for its use during political campaigns.

In addition to being a successful female business owner and innovative entrepreneur, Connor believes in community outreach and goodwill, and has dedicated her free time to raising money for various women’s and children’s charities and nonprofit organizations across the Midwest.
